Knowing the schedule of what is happening is just as important as making sure you have all of your gear.  We'll of course remind you at camp but be sure to review below so you know what's going on and when.

At Packet Pick-Up, you will receive your gear tote, bib number, timing chip, swag bag, and trail goodies.

If you are unable to make  Packet Pick-Up on Tuesday, please email Team Breakway at grinderinfo@breakawaypro.com to make special arrangements to pick up at the start.

​

  • 3:30 - 7:30 p.m. -Tote Drop Off

    • Pack and drop off your tote on Tuesday so you have less to worry about on race morning.  You will be allowed to bring a gear bag to the start with any items you'll need the night before the ride.

CELEBRATION!

Celebrate all you've accomplished with your new trail friends at the Oregon Trail Gravel Lunch Awards Ceremony.  We'll chow down and cheer as the event winners are awarded awesome prizes. ​

​

Our incredible chefs will be preparing this year’s final meal after stage 5 saving the best for last.  In addition, we will secure facities for shower and changing so any athlete needing to clean up before the final party or rinse the dust off before driving or flying home. 

​
