Hot Breakfast, Filling Lunches, & Amazing Dinner Buffets

Delicious meals mean you can get excited about fueling for your adventure!  Spin Catering knows how to feed hungry athletes, offering vegan and gluten-free options as well!

We are planning the following meals for this year's event.  Menu is subject to change.

BREAKFAST BUFFETS 

  • Thursday- Fresh Fruit, Oatmeal, Scrambled, Eggs, Bacon, Veggie Sausage, Hashbrown Patties, Baked Goods

  • Friday- Fresh Fruit, Oatmeal, Scrambled, Eggs, Kale & Mushroom Frittata, Sausage, Homefries & Sweet Potato, Veggie Sausage, Baked Goods

  • Saturday- Fresh Fruit, Oatmeal, Build Your Own Breakfast Sandwich (eggs, cheese, veggies), Turkey Sausage, Home Fries & Sweet Potato, Baked Goods

  • Sunday- Fresh Fruit, Oatmeal, Scrambled Eggs, Hash Brown Patties, Baked Goods

DAILY SNACK SHACK- When you hop out of the saddle, we'll have the Snack Shack open and ready for you to grab a sandwich, chips, cookies, and all the goodies that will refuel you as you get into camp. 

DINNER BUFFETS

  • Wednesday- Shredded Pork Sliders, BBQ Chopped Chicken, BBQ Jackfruit, 3 Bean Salad with Corn & Peppers, Coleslaw, Green Salad, Assorted Dessert

  • Thursday- Penne Pasta with Pesto Alfredo/Marinara, Meatballs, Grilled Chicken Veggie Meatballs Seasonal Veggies, Caesar Salad Garlic Bread, Rice, Assorted Dessert

  • Friday- Beef Brisket, Salmon with Lemon Butter Caper Sauce, Beyond Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Sweet Potato, Seasonal Veggies, Green Salad, Assorted Dessert

  • Saturday- Korean Chicken, Teriyaki Pork, Yakisoba with Veggies, Tofu Stir Fry, Rice, 
    Mac Salad, Tropical Coleslaw, Assorted Desserts

  • Sunday- Brats (veggie & Regular), Burgers, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, 3 Bean Salad, Chips, Cookies
